Sometimes, we just don't have the answers.

"Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don't try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way" (James 1:2-4).

Mother Teresa said it this way:
"Make sure you let God's grace work in your souls by accepting whatever He gives to you, and giving Him whatever He takes from you."

I'd rather have all the answers. I'd like to get out of problems prematurely. And I'd prefer to be given to rather than taken from.

God's grace is sufficient, even for me. He gives just enough light for the step we're on.
