Watching the Big Game
We got invited to the game tonight with friends from church. Here we are before the game. Since we won big, it obviously was a great game!

My first response is to question why you cannot afford to buy my grandson appropriate clothing, but on reflection, I guess that falls under the heading of "the hand that feeds you" doesn't it? Sigh.
These two had a long philosophical conversation about their support of Tech. I was reminded several times that "we can support Tech EXCEPT when they are playing the Longhorns. Our support of Tech does not mean we don't love the Longhorns more. Our allegiance is to the Longhorns. But keep in mind that although we can support another team (Tech), we must never, no never, support the Aggies."
You think I'm kidding, but they seriously had this conversation SEVERAL TIMES.
If I ever need a classroom example of indoctrination, I do believe I have it.
